Worthwhile Paper is devoted to creating quality hand made goods, providing fast shipping and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our service.

ORDERS
Orders are processed promptly within 1-2 business days of your order. We try to ship orders out the next business day after your order is placed whenever possible. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail from Ypsilanti, Michigan, which generally takes 3 - 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping internationally, however we are not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply.  All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and generally take at least 10 business days. We do our best to ship your goods out as quickly as we can, but please let us know if your order is taking longer than it should based on the above USPS time frames.

 
PAYMENT
Worthwhile Paper accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.

SALES TAX
We are not required to charge sales tax outside of the State of Michigan. Orders placed within Michigan will be subject to a 6% sales tax.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return an unopened / unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Your information is used only to fulfill your order and will not be distributed to third parties.
